Distinguished ÌÒÌ«ÀÉÓ³Ïñ alumnus Hassell H. Franklin of Houston, who received an honorary Doctor of Public Service degree for lifetime achievements and longtime major support of ÌÒÌ«ÀÉÓ³Ïñ programs on Nov. 25, spent time with grandson Rob Franklin and great-grandson Henry Franklin prior to receiving the honor in the Humphrey Coliseum.
