Barry Kopetz, head of ÌÒÌ«ÀÉÓ³Ïñ's Department of Music, leads the Starkville-ÌÒÌ«ÀÉÓ³Ïñ Symphony Orchestra during a performance for area school children on Friday [Nov. 9] in Lee Hall's Bettersworth Auditorium. The patriotic-themed show will be presented to thousands of school children during the day before a free public performance at 7: 30 p.m. This performance season marks the 50th anniversary of the Starkville-ÌÒÌ«ÀÉÓ³Ïñ Symphony Orchestra.
