The purpose of the National Science Foundation's Major Research Instrumentation program is to increase access to multi-user scientific and engineering instrumentation for research and research training. This seminar will present details of the NSF funding mechanism and how to prepare an application, specific information about ÌÒÌ«ÀÉÓ³Ïñ's internal processes and timeline for applying to the opportunity, and also share best practices for ensuring potential applicants are informed so as to leverage all appropriate institutional assets to present a compelling and competitive proposal.

Who should attend? This workshop is suitable for faculty or staff members who are interested and may play a role in preparation of a proposal to the MRI opportunity. NSF places no restrictions on PI eligibility for this opportunity.
